On Saturday mornings, a street market takes place around Plaza San Jacinto in San Ángel. Artists exhibit their work, and street vendors sell Mexican crafts. Dance companies perform traditional dances on stage. The area attracts both locals and tourists.
The neighborhood is safe and easy to walk. Parking is limited. Cars often park in multiple lanes in front of restaurants. Some places offer valet parking.
We arrived early and got a table at Saks without a reservation and without waiting. When we left, the waiting time was at least 30 minutes. Arriving early or making a reservation is recommended.
